Rukab is only an aggregating application and does not offer transportation services of its own whereas third parties may provide services like: city-to-city transfers, cab, auto, moto, pooling services, freight services, courier services, etc.

For UAE: No such option exist
For Pak: visit rukabpak.com/vendor-agency and fill in the required info and get registered instantly. However final approval will depend on multiple scrutiny points
For UAE: Rukab accepts AED
For Pak: Rukab accepts PKR
We take security of all our customers and vendors very seriously. We run thorough checks on all our vendors, third party service providers and at the same time train our vendors to adequately screen customers based on multiple check points before doing any business
Simply open Rukab, log in with your user ID and password, and choose the required service identifying the pick up and drop off locations, based on your geo location.

For UAE: It is based on the Company Policies of Royal Seat Passenger Transport via Luxury Cars LLC
For Pak: Currently there are no cancellation charges. However, the company compensates the vendors for cancellations that cost them and charges may be introduced to provide level playing field to vendors and customers both
Yes, you may provide direct IBFT or Wallet Transfers to your Raakeb (Captains), as may be feasible for both the customer and the captain

There is an in-app live location sharing option for all customers that can be sent to any person. Other than location sharing, the app has an in-built ‘SOS’ option in the Account Tab. Upon clicking the SOS section, you may choose the relevant country i.e. UAE and Pakistan, and immediately select to contact either the Police or Ambulance, depending upon the situation
Raakeb is the Dispatcher or Drivers App used by Raakeb (Captains, Riders, Dispatchers, etc.) for delivering relevant services as per designated geo-fencing
For UAE: Rukab is Operating under the license of Royal Seat Passenger Transport via Luxury Cars LLC and all those Drivers operating under the Visa of this Company may Register with Raakeb App.
For Pak: All Raakeb may register by downloading the Raakeb App and selecting the designated City and Registration Center for further Processing. Raakeb account is only activated once all conditions are met that are set by the company from time to time.
