Vendor/Agency Requirements

  • The Vendor/Agency is required to have reasonable office space and other resources including Human resources, for Rukab and its in-house activities as may be designated and reasonably required by the Principal Owner from time to time

  • The Vendor/Agency is required to provide reasonable amount of specified Vehicle Registrations (Min. 150 – 200 Vehicles per Month) that are free from any or all legal claims, litigations or proceedings and are declared ‘Cleared’ from relevant authorities

  • The Vendor/Agency shall be responsible for the initial training program, of all Raakeb (Captains, Drivers, Riders, etc.) for using the App as the Principal & Vendor may mutually deem appropriate

  • The Vendor/Agency is required to devote reasonable display space to Rukab for its Branding.

  • The Vendor/Agency agrees to obtain all such relevant permits, certifications, licenses as may be required for the lawful business operations of Rukab from the location designated

  • The Vendor/Agency reasonably agrees to obtain all such relevant background checks of all registered Vehicles, Raakeb, Drivers, Riders, etc. as may be possible and required for the lawful business operations of Rukab from the location designated

  • The Vendor/Agency agrees to implement all such relevant procedures or processes as may be required for the lawful business operations of Rukab from the location designated

  • The Agency/Vendor shall maintain clean, efficient and high quality operations and shall operate the business in such a manner as not to detract from or adversely reflect upon the name and reputation of the Principal Owner and the goodwill associated with Rukab as a trademark

  • The Agency/Vendor and all persons affiliated with the Agency in any capacity for delivering responsibilities, whether or not they are employees, shall conduct themselves in such a manner so as to promote a good image to the public and to the business community about Rukab

  • The Vendor/Agency agrees to renovate, refurbish, remodel or replace, at its own expense, the property and equipment used in the operation of running the Agency, when reasonably required by the Principal in order to comply with the image, standards of operation and performance capability established by the Principal from time to time.

  • The Vendor/Agency shall at all times during the term of this Agreement keep its designated Office open during the business hours and specifically required otherwise by the Principal as may be prescribed or communicated separately

  • The Principal Owner will make available to the Vendor/Agency about the standards and specifications for Registrations of Vehicles offered at or through the current designated office location

  • The Principal Owner has the right to change standards and specifications for such vehicle registrations offered at or through the designated Office Location. The Vendor/Agency shall strictly adhere to all of the standards and specifications as prescribed from time to time.
